The layout challenge for My Scrapbook Nook DT, was “Where are you from?” Well… From April-October, we live in Red Sox Nation!!!! I checked with Leah to be sure that a digital layout was OK because we are away, and I don’t have all my supplies with me… Here’s what I came up with:
The DT announcement will be made on the 12th… I’m so nervous AND excited at the same time!!! I can’t wait to find out who the DT will be (and sitting here with everything crossed, hoping that I’m on the list!!!).
I still can’t believe that I’m one of the 25 finalists for the Design Team at www.myscrapbooknook.com !!!! I am just so excited!!! They have fabulous monthly kits, and a super nice message board with BEAUTIFUL gallery!!! the first mini-challenge was a card… Here’s a fun one I made using a ton of my QK… I used Maddie Anne for “baby” the greeting cookie cutters for “love” the scallop heart, nesting circles, a scallop square, and my favorite part… the swoop in front of the word love is the “cannon blast” !!!! I used Bazzill cardstock, Heidi Swapp patterned papers, and a flocked brad for the “o” in love!

Here’s a card I created that will be a featured tutorial at Scrapbook Dimensions Magazine :) A fun little project using My Little Shoebox patterned paper, some digi flowers that I printed and cut, a little Bazzill, a little bling, and a pink card by Creative Imaginations! Oh so fun to make!
