Here's a little peek at tonight's Zutter Club project :) I made this book using acrylic covers, some Webster's Pages beautiful papers, my Sizzix tree (gasp!) and then took my Bind it All and all my Christmas Cards from this year and put them together… I made a similar book last year… It was so much fun to look through all of last years photos and cards, and to make a new installment :) The photo cards are mounted on some coordinating cardstock before being punched.
On The 5th day of Christmas…
We all know that I just love my Zutter Bind it All! I'm so lucky to have been on their Original Zutter Zisters Team… AND also thankful that they've keeps us "Originals" on the team… Over on the Zutter message board, we're posting projects for the 12 days of Christmas :) Come on over and check out the fun!!! ZUTTER MESSAGE BOARD ON NING My project is for the 5th day of the challenge, and it's a little mini-ablum that can be used to give a gift card (or 2) and then the reciever can put a couple photos in and keep it as a keepsake and decoration! I used the 4×4 clipboard covers, a couple pieces of pretty papers, a few buttons, and some ribbon… A 1/2 inch Zutter OWire and of course the Bind it All :) Here's a few photos… The "be jolly" is QuicKutz :) Simply tuck the gift card in the inside pocket (or you could print up little "coupons" for fun things, an evening out, or give movie tickets and babysitting to a friend who has children.. the possibilites are endless…
Congratulations!!!
Congratulations to Ms. Jackie for winning the Zutter prize from our blog hop…
A Year of Zutter… And a giveaway!!
I can't believe that it's already been a year on the Zutter Design Team… It seems like just yesterday we were on our way to the Ice Cream Social at the kids' school when I checked my email and squealed loud enough to concern my husband while he was driving!!! And here we are, just over a year later having been dubbed the "OZZ" (AKA Original Zutter Zisters)
At the end of our reign, our fabulous DT leader (Nan) had the idea that we should commemorate they year with a swap… So we each designed a set of 8×8 pages with a picture of ourselves, and a collage of our favorite projects from everyone else!! What a fabulous idea!!! Our last package included a complete set of everyone's pages, and also, a DT TShirt (wrapped in a pretty name-tag, which I used on my inside cover…) and the wonderful new coveralls with the matching page protectors!!! The new page protectors are fabulous, I have the ones that you can re-position without un-binding!!! Brilliant!!
Before I show pics of my completed book, my "Year of OZZ" Lets get to the giveaway!! Each of us who are participating will be giving away an 8×8 coverall, and a set of page protectors!! All you have to do to enter is to post a comment here on this post… I'll randomly pick a winner from all the comments on 10/26. I hope you all enjoy this project as much as I did making it!! **Don't forget to visit the other OZZ'ers blogs(their links are in the sidebar) to enter their contests as well**
I had such a wonderful time on the Zutter team!! It was my first manufacturer team, and I've spent the year making some of my most favorite projects!! I'm thrilled that we'll be staying on as OZZ, so you'll still be seeing lots of Zutter projects :) Actually, you would anyway because I love mini-books, and Zutter makes them so easy :) Anyway, without further ado :) Here's my OZZ book :)
Supplies Used:
Zutter 8×8 CoverAll (designed for page protectors)
Zutter 8×8 pre-punched page protectors (repositionable)

Prima flower
7 Gypsies clips and "announcing" tag
Robin's Nest Dew Drops
My layout used DCWV patterned papers :)
New Zutter Project
If you haven't done so recently, check out the Zutter Zisters site, the fabulous Design Team members have beautiful projects posted every month… So much inspiration!!!
Here's a little peek at one of my projects for August… I just love the Cover All's, and the flat spine is my favorite… The beautiful Bo Bunny papers are so easy to work with, the project practically makes itself!! I used Bo Bunny papers, a few little Robin's Nest Dew Drops on the centers of the flowers, a little bow, and that stamped and colored hummingbird… Testing out my new copic markers :) Inside is cream colored paper for journaling or sketching, or whatever you'd like :)

"great color…. love the coverall book
