Read: A Book Club Keepsake Book!

I am thrilled to be teaching another class next week at Ink About It in Westford, MA. I love teaching there, and Linda and Lori are super patient with me this time of year when things get crazy with me and the kiddos going back to school!! Here’s some photos of the book that we’ll be making next Thursday evening… Because I am late getting the sample finished, there’s plenty of space in the class!! So, give the store a call if you want to come!! There’s room :)

Last month, several of the ladies in class were talking about the book clubs that they go to, and I thought it would be great to make a book where we could keep a record of the books we read in our various book clubs! So, here’s the basics of the book… Not pictured are the inserts that will tuck into each of the pockets… The idea is that you’d put a little card with the book information into the month that you read the book! Check back after the class to see the inserts (I’ve got to keep something a surprise for the class :)

Upcoming Zutter Class Summer Beach Mini Book

I am so excited to be teaching this book as a class at Ink About It on Thursday!! I believe that there are still some spaces left, so give the store a call if you’d like to come, or if you’d like the kit! It uses another fabulous paper line by Authentique, and lots of fun little elements (including crushed shells on the cover!!).

The book also features that super cute pinwheel, a cork accent, plus pocket pages and envelope pages on the inside!! Here’s the rest of the book, click on them to see the full images.

Delightful in Every Way Mini Scrapbook

I’m so excited to be teaching this Thursday evening at Ink About It in Westford, Ma!! I think that there’s a few spaces left, give the store a call at (978) 392-0321 if you want to join us. Class starts at 6:30, and we’re usually done with the book (it will be completed in class) by about 8:00 ish… This book is 6″x12″ when it’s closed, but it opens in the middle of the book, with different size pages on each side. The fabulous Authentique papers and stickers just make the book adorable and easy to customize because you get the entire sticker sheet!!

Happy Birthday Mini Scrapbook (New Blog Look Too!)

Do you like the new look?? I’m very excited about it!! I still have some tweaks to do, but I am really liking it!! Don’t forget to look in the new menu bar above, and follow me on Twitter and Pinterest!! There are “pin it” buttons in the post to make it easy to pin specific photos as well. And, don’t forget to let me know what you think!! Thanks!! Special thanks to Stephen at Wyld Web Designs for moving my WordPress.com blog over to a self-hosted server… He got everything set up for me so that I could go in and make it look pretty!! Now, back to our regularly scheduled posting :)

Looking for a super fun, quick and easy book for birthday memories and photos? Here’s a class that I taught last month at Ink About It in Westford, MA. There’s the wonderful papers by Simple Stories, with their perfect page sizes for this 6×8 inch book! I added some chipboard inserts, plain pages, and some pockets (just patterned paper folded!) Because you’re binding it yourself with the Zutter Bind it All, you could also punch and include birthday cards!! The possibilities are endless!!

Zutter Class Tonight!!

You don’t want to miss this one :) Tonight’s class uses FABULOUS Authentique patterned papers (I so love the blues and browns!!) and the Zutter Cover All covers… This book can be used as a scrapbook or journal with plain pages mixed in with the patterned papers. Call Ink About It if you’d like to join the class, I think there’s a few spaces left.
