Happy Halloween?

November 2, 2011 By JulieK

Well… Thanks to the HUGE snow storm (In October!!!), Halloween has been postponed… So, I have no costume pics yet… BUT, I can share the little treat bags that I made for the kids to bring to school… They had a “no candy” rule… So we got some fun Halloween pencils and erasers, some Halloween treat bags, and I made the fun little tags… The Spider stamp is a wooden stamp that I bought a couple years ago ’cause I “needed” it… It’s the rectangular web, and a separate little spider on the side… I stamped them on cream colored cardstock, and then added the Technique Tuesday “Trick or Treat” stamp with orange ink… Tied with some twine, I had the kids sign the back, and think they came out super cute!! I “only” had to stamp about 40 of them :)

Very cute stuff, I love your work. As a matter of fact I bought the kit of the Zutter Bind It All Halloween House that you did a class at Ink About It. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend the class but wanted to make the book (so very cute!). They told me it would be on your blog, but I can’t find it. Would you mind emailing me a link to it at nikki.duey@st.com?
    Thanks!
    Nikki
