Well… Santa's elves were certainly busy before loading the sleigh to come to our house!! Here's my 2 favorite shots from the morning gift-fest :) Kathryn with her giant penguin… and Sean with Epic Mickey!!

Merry Christmas!
I posted this on my personal blog too… But wanted to share here on my gallery as well!! Here’s the cover of the “Christmas Book” Which has nothing at all to do with Christmas, except that it is the Christmas present for most of the family :) I used a Shabby Princess Piece-a-cake album and the matching kit for elements… The actual printed book is 50 pages plus the cover… I make the pretty pictures (a year in review of sorts) and then upload it to lulu.com to have them printed and bound… 8.5×8.5 books, glossy cover and full cover… The best part… They arrived today :) Yeah!!
Here’s the cover of this year’s book…
The quote on the cover reads: And in the end, it’s not the years in you life that count. It’s the life in your years. – Abraham Lincoln
Merry Christmas!!
Yeah!! The Christmas Family book is done… AND arrived in the mail today… in time to send to my grandparents in FL :) YEAH!!! So, the book really has nothing at all to do with Christmas… Except that it is the Christmas present for many family members!!! It's a year-in-review book, starts with January and goes through Thanksgiving… 50 pages, plus a cover… All digitally scrapped, then printed and bound by lulu.com
Here's the picture that's on the cover :) Don't peek if you don't want to see :) The digital pages and elements are by www.shabbyprincess.com She makes beautiful digital elements, and I almost always (the last few years at least) use her piece-of-cake albums for the basis of the book… The book itself is 8.5×8.5 and glossy full color cover and inside pages…
A Great Gift Idea
Please tell me that I'm not the only person who walks down the aisles of stores and thinks "oh, I could Zutter that!!!" That's how this recipe book came about :) Plus, I'm a "search for recipes in the internet and print them" kind of girl :) Come join me this Thursday evening at Ink About It in Westford, MA to create this super fun recipe book!! It uses the fun Little Yellow Bicycle Savor line, pocket folders, and the Zutter Bind it All… Bring your own machine, or just bring yourself, some adhesive and use my machine :) Still a few spots left be sure to call the store to reserve your space… This recipe book makes a great gift, and with the holidays so close, who couldn't use a great (and easily completed in class) gift??
Here's a few pics… Hope to see you Thursday!!
Merry 2009
Here’s a layout I finished up last week… I used the Oh-So-Super-Cute Cottage Christmas by Imaginisce… OMGosh, how I love everything they make!!! (check out all my Apple Cider projects from the fall… I think I made 5 layouts and 2 minibooks with that fabulous line!!)
Anyway, here’s the latest layout I made… Cottage Christmas papers, and the ribbon and snowflakes from the line too!!!
