Yeah!! I did some scrapping last night!! I’m so excited, it’s been a productive week!! Here’s last night’s creation… I created it for an upcoming tutorial on using visual triangles for the Everyday Digital Scrapbooking blog  I used elements and papers by Berna Datema, chipboard action by Atomic Cupcake

A new layout created for DD’s digital "remember me" digital circle journal… I used Dana Zarling’s "Simply Primitive" kit available at designer digitals.

Can you say……… SNOW DAY!!!!!! How exciting!!!  The only problem is that Sean and Kathryn were supposed to have their Valentine Party at school today, and now we are not going (it’s really not about the snow, it’s sleeting, and the ice is awful!!) So Sean just woke up and was very sad… But we’ll have our own party here today!!  We’ve got cookies and cupcakes, and it’s gonna be a fun day!!!  I cranked up the heat, and we’ll have a cozy day (with maybe a little cleaning thrown in)…..  Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

I just got home from George’s funeral, and my heart is just breaking for his family.  He was only 24, it’s just not right.  His dad gave such a beautiful eulogy, stunning to me that he could make it through, but he really did a beautiful job.  I am just so sad for them.  I am thankful to the Catholic church for the comfort and for the "routine" (that’s not the word I’m searching for…. but I hope you know what I mean)… There is comfort in knowing exactly what is expected, and how things are going to happen, and the Catholic church really does a beautiful job with that.  If you read this, please send along some prayers for his Mom and Dad, that they can find some solice…..
